Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to confirm any appointment. 

FMTY fees must be paid in full before or upon meeting.
Flight/Accommodation expenses will be added to  deposits for FMTY.
If there is a need to reschedule, your deposit must be used within 3 months of the original booking or it will be forfeited.​

Incall
My incall is located in downtown Toronto, Canada. I host from a gorgeous suite the city, the water, and view of downtown.

Well-maintained and fully stocked, you'll surely enjoy your escape into my world.

My address is provided after the deposit is received, and I will share with you a convenient address for parking close by.

Outcall
Outcalls are offered to high-end downtown hotels, homes are at my discretion
There may be a travel fee or minimum required booking length depending on your location

Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to our date. Those who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of our appointment or fail to show up to our appointment, the full fee will be required. I will always respect and value your time; please show me the same respect.

For overnights a minimum of 8 hours uninterrupted sleep is required
Dates 4 hours or longer will need to include social time
Dates 24 hour hours+ will need to include a few hours of solo time to gym, and tend to personal matters
Couples add 200 for each hour

If I need to cancel, you may opt to reschedule or be refunded via the method of my choosing
